Belly Band

I just wondered if you used a belly band to help control your dog when he scored in the house. If so, how it worked and does ultimately resolve the problem of marking? My puppy is only 9 months and we do not want it to neutral it is adult. Thank you!

I've used on my young men (Crete Chinese are extremely bad break). It does not cure the problem, but it saves a mess.

And for those of you who say a proper training will solve it - you've never had Chinese Crete. The owner that I know in the entertainment community has the same problem. I have been training dogs for over 25 years and really can not train this breed to stop marking.

No, there is no remedy that is better than training - including castration.

Belly bands are not going to stop / cure the problem does not stop / reduce the mess. Only the appropriate training will solve the problem. Castration may reduce but probably not eliminate it, only the proper training can be done.

I've never had a man who has ever thought it was acceptable untouched to score in the home. Including a toy dog breed that lived to age 19.

I train my dogs.

Curious as to race, because one thing I notice when I'm in dog shows is that those races TOY never bothered to get out to walk they let them pee and poop in their ex-pens. I always try not to put in place near Breeders toys that smell is still overwhelming.

It is NOT rocket science to housetrain a dog, nor should we make excuses because of his race.

Train your dog, get rid of the belly band.
