Berketex

I intend to order a dress from them and with the special offer in place, I am required to pay 100% in advance.
But after reading a few reviews online, I am afraid the dress would not happen because they have guaranteed their service and alternation.
Can someone please tell me their experience with Berketex and i can, especially with their Croydon branch?

Comments may tend to be more negative than positive - the only people who write a review if disturbed - but there is no smoke without fire and I'd be very careful.

I think it depends on how long you have before your wedding.

If you cut the end, I would go somewhere with a better reputation, but if you have a lot of time I'd probably take the risk and continue to ask for updates etc.

With the initial payment of 100%, I would also like to clarify what happens in the case of the dress did not arrive in time for the wedding or even in time for changes if you think you need.

If it arrives late, but you're not 100% of your money back, I do not want to bother.
