Chinese Police Uniform

I went to China (hainandao) for a vacation, there is a new restaurant opening next home from my brother. They sold the goose meat. Me, my brother and some friends to try to see if good or not. Once we get there. I saw that there were two police cars park beside the restaurant. There were two full table, there are all drank OX, at first I did not know they were policemen, not one of them wearing police uniforms. They were all drinking their OX as two hours. then someone else make them more OX for drinking. They continue to drink their OX. the other 30 minutes later, some of them start to leave. Guess what they have done all ,,,,,,, into police cars and car. The rule in China is if you get caught driving under the influence, you will lock up to 7 days. my question is did the police to follow the rule too. Why are they able to break their own rule?

China is an authoritarian communist country. Their idea of law and the letter of the law is different then mine. If I go on vacation, he would certainly not China.

Being a Communist is the same as a liberal.

Do as I say, not as I do.

I guess thats life

I do not want to cause too much turmoil in China, you can never make back your vacation.
