I regularly have a black shirt and I saw this girl who turned the plain black t-shirt funky in this really cool thing corset design, it was not a corset, but the design on the front resembles a .

Well toy could cut the sleeves. Then cut up the back and make slits (holes) up each side from top to bottom and then get shoelaces. (Either tape or even shoes) and the fabric so as tying sneakers.

take some tape, and just sew a criss cross on the front or back depends, and if you want a good looking corset top, trying to bite in certain bands of plastic to provide some form on top.
