Deck Shoes

When I go to Las Vegas and play blackjack I note that some casinos use multiple deck shoes (over a bridge combined) when it comes to blackjack. Why are they doing this? Is it just so they can deal more hands without having to stop and shuffle the cards? T anything to improve the house edge? Thank you!

The bridges over the most advantage for the casino. Imperial is the best game for playing eight games is the worst. Most casinos that offer the "good" card game unique to bad only paying on blackjack 6:05 (never EVER play this!) To get the best game in Vegas to find a place that pays 3:2 on blackjack with a minimum of bridges.

The amount of bridges has nothing to do with counting cards. Unless they are horrible penetration.

Yes, it improves the tip of the house. Yes, it is to avoid having to fly after each hand. It also reduces the ability of a player to count cards. Also, some people do not play a single bridge, but the option is there if they do. Most games of shoes have 6 or 8 games, but I saw some at 4.

This is a ploy to increase the tip of the house. How many non-face cards now, huh?

I think it helps to prevent people from counting cards.
