How can we get the OK of the men start wearing skirts and stockings like mode options available? Many men are trapped, but want to be free to wear these items of clothing. It would add spice to their own way.

Double standard ... The women wear what they want (no such thing as a "cross dressing" woman). "Just do it" is obvious, but not so easy ...
Women were more easily (when they adopted the pants of men) because women are not as "homophobic" than men! (Fear of being perceived as weak or as a homo). This does not apply since the skirts are just clothes and my men were worn over pants around the time the clothes are not a gay. Gays do not wear skirts anyway if it is a glance "at me" problem they have.
Women generally think a guy in a skirt is cool (obviously he knows he is a man). Some have the problem homophobic and do not go with her. underwear just be cool and wear to avoid the tendency to give a bad reputation! Men have exactly the same problems as women in a sitting position, etc. but never mind hahaha!
Method Man is clearly stuck in a rut. Nothing new and exciting for many decades. Skirts obviously more sense for the male anatomy as a woman, so the guys we are all screwed!
Suggestion .... Just wear a mini skirt is a plain as in the example below UP shorts. Especially at the beach and nobody would notice .... START a trend and maybe one day we will all have the same options women have today. As for tights, they are already widely used by men. Just wear them with a skirt or shorts and not worry. Nothing is cooler than a short skirt on a hot day! (Pun). Once a guy tries a skirt (seriously for a few hours) I wonder why they are not popular like you.

NOTE: A kilt is a skirt, by definition, so forget all the differences. They are expensive, cumbersome and often unnecessary. Some women's skirts are perfect for guys like that without any change!
