Flapper Dress ...??? Flapper Dress Anyone know where I can get a dress of cheap, good flip? I checked eBay and I could not find anything. I also checked the fabric store and I could not find patterns [they said Halloween is over] Well ... course. Sometimes they have them in stores and Halloween fashoined old 60's and 70 stores, but other than that keep Tring eBay. (Good luck) I have some great information on my blog about the history of fashion flip. http://fancyflapper.blogspot.com/ Flag There are many beaded flapper dresses in stores now. They are very fashionable. Check British fashion stores of the street on the net (Dorothy Perkins, Zara, Top Shop). They're all selling. try a place of supply of fantasy, or a dance costume catalog. There are also historical patterns that you can find in the library, usually in costume. find a short dress and tank size down and marginalized over. try a vintage clothing store, or try a costume shop, if not try somewhere were they do alterations and they might know someone who can sew one for you Well you might have some luck in a second-hand shop, or you can try to recreate one using a simple dress and adding some fringe to the fabric store bought. If you can not sew, you can paste hot on the fringe in layers. Then you would need a few accessories like a hat and a long cigarette holder (you can find in a store party) Good luck!
