Flotation Suit

Flotation SuitHas anyone used one of these combinations of flotation on your toddler?

Go on a canoe trip in eight months. I have a life jacket, but it is very large, I'll try that first, but if not come back I want to have another method of flotation. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with bathing with foam pads sewn? The brand I bought today (have not been able to try is called a floater suit SwimSchool.

The swimsuits with flotation of things suck. They float the baby. Alexis has one and it was so cumbersome and unnecessary in my opinion.

You have to see what works, it is. In step two would suit very well, they usually have a strap between the legs and essentially to function as a life vest if your child falls in. They also tend to SPF 50.

Stage 3 is like the wings of the water ... The padding is really thin and it looks more like a normal mix .. they help your child stay but the child must help themselves stay well.

you should see if the Coast Guard is certified. it says on the box and swimsuit if it is. Coast Guard if it is certified, it is made to go up if your child is upside down in water or on the side. very useful if it is accidentally dropped or something. Life jackets are usually the GCC, but I'm not sure what you have.

Be very careful with these types of suits. Usually, they are not Coast Guard approved and some can actually hold a child's face in the water if there is an accident. A Coast Guard approved life jacket for a child this age would be a "self-relief" jacket that will force the baby to float on his back and keep her head above water.

I was a lifeguard for many years and we have never admitted this was not coastguard approved our lakeside or even in the basins of the water park when I was working there .

I used one of those with my son (now 4) when he was about 2, and we went swimming.
They are impressive, and more comfortable than the bulky life jackets, and will not accidentally slip.
Edit: If you plan to go in the water on the end, however, do not let go baby.
