Honor Guard Uniforms

Hello, I have a male friend with whom I exchange emails. Recently, I sent him a message saying that I have of him. He said nothing in this direction, but he sent me his picture in an Honor Guard detail that had held the flag of the United States. Does this mean anything or not?

If he had sent a photo of him naked, it would have meant something. Most military guys send friends and "other photos" of them in uniform. I know I did.
