Leotard

I'm going to a fall session at a college dance Acedamy for the first year and I have to take Ballet. And I'm looking for a sticky. I do not know what my friends will be wearing when I get there. They said I should wear tights, but I do not know other types of which a regular. I'm 5 "4 'if this helps ~

If you are still nervous about it, you can try to contact the administration at the school and ask them if they have a policy of uniform standard. I would not worry about sounding stupid: you can not be the first person to ever ask for. OR, if the school has a website, check it out - I'm sure it would have at least some photos of students in class and you can tell what kind of shirts they wear in this way.

When it comes to bathing, they tend to all look they same ... do not worry about what "style" you just want to go into a store like capizeo dance or dance wear, etc.. or any other type of store is dance around and look, they swim and they have to choose one or two that you like ... you should not have to match what your friends are wearing ... Make sure you pair a pink ballet tights with her ...

This is not a better answer or anything just a little FYI. pink tights and black leotards are the best. Pretty standard and you can not really go wrong. I suggest you find a store near you dance and a purchase, you can try to make sure it fits. Online stores are convenient, but you never really know what it will look on you until you get.
This way you can be really comfortable with what you found.
