There's nothing like the season of swimsuits to inspire weight loss and often wonder how to prepare for this time of year. If you can not create miracles in 30 days you can make significant changes to your body in a month. Here are the steps I would take to get a swimsuit ready in 30 days.

1. Build my desire. I know that your desire is strong just because of your lens to get a swimsuit ready in 30 days, but you really focus on what it means for your desire to remain strong during the month. I would write exactly what I want to look and feel, then spend 15 minutes each day visualizing the result. Without desire you will not act.

2. Keep track of my diet. I count my calories and keep between 1,200 and 1,500 for women (1500-2000 for a man). The amount will depend on my size and activity level. You can calculate the right amount by googling a needs assessment "daily calorie calculator. Everything I eat get written in a food diary.

3. Handle my carbohydrates. I eat carbohydrates such as bread, cereals and whole grains for lunch and keep them out of my diet after lunch.

4. I would not skip meals. This is particularly important when it comes to breakfast. I eat a minimum of 4 times during the day.

5. I do strength training three times a week. This would be a heavier weight and less reps. Ladies, there is no fear that you loose in 30 days. This type of weight training to keep your metabolism high burn fat.

6. I want to do cardio on the days I was not doing strength training and research any further opportunity to stay active by going for a walk, play sports, or just doing.

7. I would like to work as hard to keep a positive attitude that I did on my diet and exercise. When you aim to feel good in a swimsuit that you are yourself a challenge, a positive mental attitude will be necessary for you to reach your goal.

So what I'd do if I wanted to be ready in Swimsuit 30 days. Follow this recommendation and you will feel very at the beach or pool this year.
