Mountain Bike Shorts

I know shorts are road bike to wear without underwear, but mountain biking shorts are Baggia. Should I wear shorts with a mountain bike? Thank you.

It's really up to you, but in most cases, I would recommend without underwear ... seams in the underwear cause irritation like a short road.

You do not always want to wear underwear with any type of cycling shorts. The objective is to avoid friction. Underwear does not stay in place well. Under cycling shorts, they tend to cluster and cause irritation and / or pressure where you do not want to.

Baggy MTB shorts are usually lined waterproof interior installation with a chamois. If your mountain bike shorts are not, I would buy one of these ships with a chamois.

You can wear underwear, but not the kind of every day: no shorts, no memories and no underpants. Underwear can control and support and prevent injuries if you're a guy. They help keep your shorts too. Go to your local bike shop or Dick and buy underwear dedicated bike.
