Police Dress Uniforms

My fiance is a graduate of the Academy in May and we decided to marry some time later, he obtained a use of force, however, I wondered how many departments have dress uniforms, so we know whether or not it will be likely to be able to wear his uniform or if he will take to get a tuxedo. All suggestions and answers will be great, thank you!

It is rare for a police department have a formal dress uniform. The equipment you're fiance will at its graduation ceremony is the only uniform he will probably. All that will be a work shirt with long sleeves, a hat and white gloves. Not quite debonair. Police did not cool as formal dress uniforms to the Marines or even the Navy, where many of these men to marry them or wear to formal commitments.

Most large departments have "dress" uniforms. But what are the service functions, funerals, presidential details, memorial services, etc. Hardly any agency allow an officer to wear uniform outside of work.

Get a tux. It is more beautiful and when you get older, and it no longer works as a cop, you can still enjoy your wedding photos.
