I like the feel of the line of pure energy, but do they do in a sheer size version? Where can I find them?

Sure. In fact, the kind I wear. It has a green label on top. sheer energy pantyhose all have a color label on top of the packet that indicates what type (single size, superior control, support, etc.)

This is not entirely faithful to the sheer size, but it has a section thinner than the pants and regular monitoring of styles and top it starts higher on the thigh.
