Summer Dresses

Summer is coming and I do not normally wear dresses, but I think I want to bring some this summer. Seeing that I do not normally wear dresses, I do not know where to get nicer. Suggestions? I do not buy really expensive stuff, but I'm picky about the fabric. Oh also, I do not shop at Areopostal (sp?), Hollister or A & F.
