Tent Campers

I heard that almost half of people who will "tent camp" are actually sites that have an electrical outlet (120V AC). I am not talking about people who take generators. I need to understand how often there is electricity on the site.

Almost all private campgrounds operated outlets now offer all their campgrounds, many Forest Service campgrounds and we are now the county of filing to the supply of electrical connections at least as well. In the eastern part of the money to do triple the cost of site fees charged when they offer such extras and most do not use anywhere near the amount of juice does pay. It was against my idea of camping is and should be, but it is the dollar today.

In each State Park (SC), I stayed at Campers are welcome on RV sites. They are a bit more per night, but you have water and electricity. My husband does not go camping tent but I was under the impression that you have to have some sort of adapter to plug into the box. They are 20, 30 or 50 amp connections, you can not take your stereo plug in. I honestly do not know how it works, but it's something you should know before booking a site expects electric service. Each campground is different and has different types of sites in their campgrounds.

Yes most sites do not allow HAV electric for campers in tents and caravans. I personally never get an electric site. I can live with electricity from a few days.
