Vilebrequin ShortsSelf-fulfilling prophecies: Clearly, with companies such as Woolworths and MFI goes to the wall, we should learn to dig deeper to understand why this is happening. First, because the insurers of banks or credit agreements canceled, but on the other suppliers would not trust those big companies to pay after the pre-Christmas period. Thus, greed and fear prevails, and yes, the suppliers have not been paid - they have lost a lot of business! Well, I have no sympathy for banks and suppliers who have forced the closures, a true prophecy self! Would it be their turn next? Arrogance is Aardvarks are now extinct: A friend told me the other day as a Christmas gift for his son and grand-son, he decided to buy 2 sets of swimsuits men stained with correspondents for the two babies - adorable! It was a purchase of some 350 pounds - is no small gift. However, when asked if there was a reduction of man in the shop in Fulham Road Crank said, "Oh, we never give a discount - we do not need! So much so that my friend would say: "Oh, I see that you are not given the authority to grant discounts - How shortsighted of your executives. Yes, my friend bought a bathing suit, but he was disgusted by this attitude. Two things come to mind, it was a stupid and arrogant statement from this young man in the shop - and perhaps not Crankshaft recession-proof: that the management team and the young saleswoman - whether he still has a job in a year. Every entrepreneur and management team must ensure that their staff are well informed about the economic situation, so they can each individually and use their best judgments to get the most out of each transaction sale. This may include granting rebates minor - to those who asked, and why not? Arrogance is for those that have become extinct thousands Aardvarks few years ago because they could not convert / develop to survive in the world, they found themselves in. Nothing has changed in that regard. There is no place for pests at this time of change: Change takes time to settle into our psyche, and some people are much more resistant to change than others - partly driven by their personality, partly by their packaging or experiences but also their information provision. Back in the summer of 2007, the housing market said to oscillate - exacerbated by the press and media who seemed to enjoy feeding the disturbing news. Now we are faced with unpleasant truths, that companies can survive only if they encourage creative and imaginative staff - and those who can 't get in this car - will be at the door. Earlier this week I was in Cardiff, running a seminar for Club IIP (organizations that have received either the standard or working against him). One executive expressed concern that if he shared more information (including financial matters) with all the staff, too many to panic and leave. Besides the fact that it is beautiful there enough staff confident that they can leave for work and in the other, there is also a very obvious gap in their understanding of the current situation - and their current employer is probably well from these stupid people: let them go !!!!!! It's survival of the quickest, fastest and - clever! Trade unions leaders - or dinosaurs?? Even more than on the serious concerns I have about UT's contribution to help employers through this economic situation. The attitude of some employers has been described as the Representative GMT.
