White Swimsuit

I have a swimsuit that has the white pieces, sometimes dirty from the Gulf of Mexico sale. The bottom has a white belt that did not break free of black shorts - only the ends are connected to these shorts. Is it possible to restore the white without ruining the> black

soak in Oxy clean. found on most islands in laundry shops.

Maybe you could use one of these pens Clorox and stay away from the edges of the dark! or they have some kind of bleach I think it's safe on dark colors ...

why don `t you give this go.spray A with pure white vinegar for the white only.then wash as usual. I say this because I spray my kids bibs that are big black and white stripes and it works on acting white is bright.
