Wholesale Tights

okk so im opening this shop and I was looking for these new style called tights footless tights that arcs and points of sale and I can not find them anywhere .. When I say large wholesale means that you buy a bunch of low prices to resell in your own store.
Im wondering where the devil and arch points to buy wholesale .. especially in different colors like pink purple red black, etc. ..
Where I live, we do not have good cloth like that and I saw them in New York and can not find where to buy big everywhere I even tried .. google Everyone owns a shop and knows where to find them for cheap? PLEASEEEE HELP!
