Wigwam Kids

Wigwam KidsDo I need to live to a willow wigwam? and where can I get?

to build a wigwam in my garden for the children of the house is new so the garden is new turf, but mainly cement and clay underneath a willow tree would live to grow? Can I get willow forest?

Or - you could get long poles (2 x 2 at Lowes, 98 cents each) or clusters smaller in Westlake Ace Hardware - and planted a stick of green beans - if you have two advantages - and since you will not use sprays - children can eat small beans, sweet and gross.
get the willow, too - but it will not be big enough for a year or two.
have fun - and good luck

The willows grow along the creek banks. If you look at the shape of leaves, they are fairly easy to spot.

You will need the young shoots that grow three or four feet long at the beginning of spring. These are all woven together to provide green barbs for the wigwam.
